2 Hour Art Lessons

$85.00

With over five years of experience teaching children, I offer engaging art lessons in drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking. Each class is designed to support a child’s age, interests, and skill level while building creativity, confidence, and a love of art.

Classes are two hours long and include a snack and stretch break (snack not included). Sessions begin with drawing warmups, followed by continued study of a dedicated animal or insect subject, helping students build stronger observation and form skills in both two- and three-dimensional work. The final portion of class allows students to explore their own creative interests and projects, balancing guided learning with personal expression.

Please note: Materials for the first class are included. If students continue with additional lessons, a one-time materials fee will be applied to help cover professional supplies such as paints, markers, mediums, and specialty or found materials used in advanced projects.

Classes can be purchased individually or in bundles and scheduled around your availability. While lessons are not private, they are designed as a personalized studio experience where students create alongside one another, share ideas, and develop their own unique projects.

Why two hours: A dedicated two-hour class block ensures that students have the time to fully engage in the creative process—from warmups and observation studies to project development—allowing them to get the most out of their lessons. This extended format also provides parents with a meaningful window of time to run errands, recharge, or enjoy personal downtime while their child is immersed in a creative and supportive learning environment.
