Artist In Action Residency
Join artist Ash Scherer for a free collaborative art workshop at Annmarie Sculpture Garden April 1-4th from 10 AM to 5 PM. In this hands-on event, participants will create a collective artwork exploring community connection and the challenges many face within the medical system.
This project is part of a partnership with the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, and the completed piece will be donated for auction. Proceeds from the auction aim to raise awareness of local healthcare needs and support initiatives that bring specialized medical care closer to home.
Walk-ins are welcome, and donations are appreciated to help cover materials and sustain future community programs.
